Immigrant Heritage Month

Crafted social media campaign to align with the World Refugee Day fundraising campaign. The campaign focused on honoring all diverse immigrant stories, whether as a newly arrived refugee or as someone whose family immigrated in the early years of the country.

We asked our community to share their stories and their families stories, honoring their immigrant heritage. With a diverse staff, who are majority immigrants themselves, we asked a them to share their stories. We coordinated interviews with staff from across our three sites. They shared their families stories of immigration from Europe in the early 1900s to fleeing conflicts and violence to find hope, stability, and a new home in the U.S.
